Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a project take?
For small shoots, 2–3 weeks is typical from brief to shoot. For larger commercials, allow 4–8 weeks for casting, locations, permits, and pre-production.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes. We work in English and are used to remote approvals. We share treatments, boards, schedules, and cuts via collaborative tools.
What budgets do you work with?
Every project is different. Share your brief and we’ll propose options at different budget levels so you can choose what fits.
Do you handle permits and logistics?
When we produce your commercial or branded content, we take care of permits, casting, crew, equipment, and logistics as part of the production.
Do I need to come with a concept, or can you develop one?
Either works. If you have a creative direction, we’ll build on it. If you’re starting from a brief or just an idea, we’ll develop the concept for you.
What does Qiva actually handle?
Everything from concept and scriptwriting through casting, location scouting, crew, equipment, production, and post-production. We also take care of permits and logistics.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact?
Yes. Every project has a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact from kick-off to final delivery.
